BioI'm against drugs, they're bad for people. My friend's landlord is hooked on crack, isn't that some sad shit? That's pressure...because if your landlord is on crack, you've GOTTA have the rent!

landlord: "OKAY WELL...GIMME $20 OF IT NOW, AND WE'LL WORK SOMETHING OUT LATER."

landlord: "OH, UH, I CAME TO FIX THE SINK."

landlord; "OH, I THOUGHT IT WAS IN THE DRAWER. WELL, I'LL COME FIX IT TOMORROW WHEN I COME FOR THE RENT!"
